The Standing Committee on Basic education shall consist of the Chairman and six members nominated by the Governing Body. The Committee shall identify suitable institutions for recognition and support to elementary, secondary and post secondary institutions based on the concept of Nai Talim and make recommendations regarding grants to such institutions by the Council for their further development.
