Project division, an important segment of NCRI is manned by professionals with varied expertise and rich experience in Rural Development, Agriculture, Financial issues and Environment education and other domains. This division looks after the project proposals which are meticulously screened and appraised by experts and finally approved by Standing Committee of Basic Education. Projects from different states of the country, including the North Eastern region had been supported keeping in mind, the even outreach of NCRI across India. From it’s inception  till date a total of 19 crore worth projects were sanctioned.
