R.R.K.Murthy is pursuing his part-time doctoral research in Social Entrepreneurship Development and has done his M. B. A. (Non-profit Performance Management) from Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University with specialization in Health & Disability Rehabilitation. He has more than 9 years experience in the areas of Developing and Managing the Projects and Programmes, Training and Capacity building. He had been contributing to credible Non-Profits like Byrraju Foundation by holding senior positions and served in the areas of Rural Health Education, Disability Rehabilitation, Human Resource Development, Community Leadership and Organizational Development of NGOs & CBOs. He served the Government as Consultant for developing various programmes such as D. P. E. P. (IED), S. S. A., D. R. D. A., S. E. R. P., AASARA (G. H. M. C.). He has involved in serving the people during disasters in Kashmir, Nagapattanam & other places of India. He has organised many workshops, seminars and other brainstorming sessions by involving a huge number of experts in designing and developing various modules and programmes and attended many continuous medical and rehabilitation educational programmes for updating himself. His endeavours in organizing various workshops, seminars and brain storming sessions throughout the country and preparing the vision plan and road map for the NCRI are significant contributions. His efforts are impactful in generating good proposals from various credible N. G. O. s and Rural Institutes with candid leadership. His work in identifying, networking and for nurturing and developing Rural Institutes has added value to the NCRI. His activities in conceiving policy and delivery of advocacy for the growth and development of Rural Institutes are in the process.. He is presently working as Coordinator, RIF at NCRI.
