Dr. D. N. Dash is working as Assistant Director(R/N) and leading the project team at NCRI. B. Ed from  Utkal  University and completed his M.A & M. Phill (education) with gold medals from Kurukhestra University. Obtained his Ph.D in education specially working in the Field of community  participation & teacher effectiveness. He also completed his PGDRD & PGDDE degree from IGNOU, New Delhi. M.A in History from  Annamalai University. Apart from that he has Published several publications in national level journals & also Published a book on Rural  Education which is to his credit. Apart from that he has attended several national & international seminars conducted in India. He is working in this organization for past 9 years. He has contributed significantly in the field of preparation of projects, plan, field study etc. He has experience in developing tools and preparation of training manuals, appraisal & analysis of  projects  monitoring &  evalution  of the projects. Besides that he is a Drawing & Disbursing officer for NCRI.
